Imogen Up the Mountain

Imogen would rather stay home and knit, but her mother, famous mountaineer Clarantine Hilbig, insists her daughter conquer the Flugelhorn—the most treacherous peak in the Austrian Alps—whether she likes it or not. Imogen will have to overcome more than the perils of the mountain—a disgraced guide with something to prove, a grade-school rival with a mountainous ego, and an overly-enthusiastic ghost—to reach the summit. But she’ll also have to conquer the weight of her mother’s expectations before she can truly find herself on top. Imogen Up the Mountain is a Victorian-era absurdist comedy with a modern twist about the debts we owe our parents and how to live our own lives even while dangling off a cliff.
